记者从拱北海关所属港珠澳大桥海关获悉，近日，该关对两批申报出口的涉嫌侵权轴承实施立案扣留并展开调查。
港珠澳大桥海关在出口货运渠道查获涉嫌侵权轴承。
3月5日和7日，宜春某公司、宁波某公司分别向拱北海关所属港珠澳大桥海关申报出口瓷砖、泡沫板、轴承等货物一批。现场关员开箱查验时发现，两批轴承均带有“SKF及图形”“NTN”“NSK”标识，共60个，货主无法提供合法授权证明。现场关员初步判定两批货物有较大侵权嫌疑，遂启动知识产权海关保护程序，联系权利人进行确权。3月11日，权利人书面确认该批货物涉嫌侵权。目前该案正作进一步处理。
海关提醒，根据《海关法》规定，进出口货物收发货人或其代理人应当按照国家有关规定，向海关如实申报与进出口货物有关的知识产权状况，并提交有关证明文件。
